Let’s know the RECIPE of DAHI KEBAB –
INGREDIENTS Required -
Tightly filtered Curd
Chopped Green Chilly
Chopped Green Coriander Leaves
White Flour [Maida]
DAHI KEBAB is a Dish, which isn’t much spicy. It’s a SIMPLY MADE DISH yet SUPER – DELICIOUS!
Firstly; Mesh the Paneer in a pot.
Add filtered CURD to it.
Add Chopped Green Chillies / Chopped Ginger / Cardamom Powder / Salt / White Pepper / Sugar Powder to the Mixture.
Mash the entire Mixture.
Put little amount of White Flour [Maida] in order to make the Mixture Tighter / Harder.
Make TIKKIS of this Mixture accordingly.
Add Semolina [Suji] on the outer side of the TIKKIS.
When made; FRY in Oil.
It’s Ready. Now SERVE, EAT and ENJOY!!
