Beginning of Tapri - The Tea House

Being the largest consumers of tea in the world, Indians never fails to include this drink in their daily routine. Started by two young individuals in the year 2010, Ankit Bohra and Sourabh Bapna, “Tapri - The Tea House” is currently one of the best tea spots in Jaipur. Their idea was to convert a “chai ki dukaan” into an organized place. Both the owners of this café invested two years of their time in understanding the different categories and tea as a product by visiting tea gardens.

As a result of this research, the first outlet of Tapri came into force. The idea and the name came very instantly while the two of them were sitting at a Tapri and thought of organizing the place they were sitting at.

This café has a touch of contemporary ambience, a wide and healthy variety of tea’s and usual accompaniments sum up to make tea points a place where anyone and everyone can hang out. The passion and excitement of Ankit and Sourabh made them open their first two outlets with the names- ‘Tapri Pratham’ and ‘Tapri Central’.

From just a student hub, Tapri has now became one of the preferred destinations by a lot of corporates for their meetings. Director of Tapri, Ankit Bohra and his partner make themselves 24*7 available and take control of everything at Tapri.

All the snacks and tea are hand-made keeping the quality of the food they serve. The menu is diverse including Vada pav, Corn shot, Pesto pasta, Peach ice tea, Masala chai pot with bun maska and many more. While the cosy atmosphere of this place makes you feel soo welcome. With pocket friendly food, Tapri offers live musical performances for its customers. A usual thing about this place is they have been serving complimentary Parle G biscuits with every cup of tea you order.
